Through a combination of internal troubles at UCLES (i.e., being unable to get a team together) and the coincidence with the Fathers And Sons cricket tour (i.e., Geoff's total absensce for the week) and my lazy ways (i.e., I didn't get to work to check my e-mail 'til 11am) there was a mad rush of calls at about midday to try and spread the word that tonight's game was off. Of course, with yet another perfect day, how could it be otherwise? What better way to extend our miserable recent sequence to six losses and five cancellations from our last dozen games?
